Nathale Clarke

Nathale Clarke is an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist and a business development and entrepreneurship trainer.

Nathale has been managing projects, designing and implementing Monitoring and Evaluation Systems and conducting project evaluations since 2012. With experience in various projects, including the Government of Grenada, in developing a Results Based Monitoring and Evaluation System, the Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program Project building a Monitoring Framework as a Consultant and the Caribbean Aid for Trade and Regional Integration Trust Fund “Increasing Value Added to Nutmeg in Grenada” which is a CDB/DIFID sponsored project, the Caribbean Youth Empowerment Program sponsored by the International Youth Foundation and Grenada Industrial Development Corporation Investment Generation Strategy.

An experienced Specialist in results-based monitoring and evaluation, Nathale has a track record of building M&E Systems for ICT and public service. Her current involvement in the Nationally Determined Contribution Partnership Plan for Grenada, across five sectors energy, forestry, waste, water, and transport, underscores her commitment to staying at the forefront of her field.
